A data room your team
can question.
Deal teams drown in documents and cannot afford a leak between mandates. Astry turns the data room into searchable memory with physical access walls, so each team asks across the whole room while seeing only what it is cleared for.
Astry answers only from what you are cleared to see.
Answers across the whole data room
One room. Many walls.
Buy-side and sell-side share the same engine and never share a file. Each team questions the whole room, bounded to exactly what it is cleared for.
Deal rooms with physical walls
Question the whole room
No leakage between mandates
Cited to the document
Privileged stays privileged
Audit every access
From data dump to clean close.
Stand up a deal room, set who sees what, and let each team work the documents without crossing a wall.
- 01
Load the data room
Connect the room from Google Drive or SharePoint, or push the rest through the REST ingest API. Astry indexes every contract, memo and spreadsheet into searchable memory.
- 02
Set clearance per deal team
Define who sees what. Clearance inherits from your source systems, so there is no parallel permission store to keep in sync.
- 03
Ask across thousands of pages
Each team asks in plain language. Astry answers from the whole room, bounded to the files that team is cleared to see.
- 04
Trace every answer to its document
Every response cites its exact source. Open the original and confirm the figure before it reaches a committee.
- 05
Close, then revoke cleanly
When the deal closes, revoke clearance and the mandate goes dark. For full removal, departure-kit tooling produces a provenance-tracked erasure bundle.
Good to know.
Access is physical, not a prompt. Before each query Astry computes the asker's authorized file set, copies only those files into a per-request sandbox, runs the model there, then destroys it. A team cannot reach a mandate it was never cleared for, because those files were never in the room it queried.
Give every mandate its own wall.
Question the whole data room, cite it to the document, and keep each team sealed from the rest.
